Like many of the best ideas, Vehicles In Video was born out of frustration with what was already available.
For founder Danny Cooksey, sending out video responses was part of his job working for a big dealership and he soon found it was taking up far too much of his time. Just sending a single vehicle video required so much effort, and the customer’s experience also left a lot to be desired.
So, he decided to change all that and set about creating a collaborative video app response system that makes life a great deal easier for sales and service teams while at the same time offering customers a first-class, professional, and seamless experience.
He launched Vehicles In Video Ltd in 2020 and the business has gone from strength to strength, with more and more dealer groups and independents now using the VIV app to build and streamline their sales and servicing processes.
VIV operates UK-wide from a base in Edinburgh and is a member of both the Independent Motor Dealers Association (IMDA) and the Scottish Motor Trade Association (SMTA).
